The Health And Poverty Resource Centre implements the following: (i) management and training of national experts (ii) development of database of Technical Assistance in the health sector(iii) organisation of public policy forums and debates that encourage wide discussion of the ongoing health systems reform and decentralisation, and(iv) develops knowledge and information functions that would contribute to a wider understanding of local, national and international health agendas
